Imperial Commendations. - Guild Wars Forums

WTF are imperial commendations used for, I have no clue, and i got 1 form like 5 different quests, they are a quest item i kno that cuz it says quest item below it, but have not yet had to use them

Until someone with concrete info posts, I heard you trade them for scrolls from the Quartermasters. I have not done it, just what I was told ingame.

Yes...you can turn then into the Quartermasters in the "Kaineg Center" (or somethin like that) And also probably later towns have places to turn them in. I think you need one for access into a later town, I heard that from a few people even though Im not sure myself as I have never found a town where you need one.
